The 2005 Ballunar Lift-off Festival promises a magical three-day experience for all ages, featuring the spectacle of a sky filled with more than 100 hot air balloons of all shapes and sizes, devil-may-care skydivers and high energy entertainment, along with mini-tours of NASA/Johnson Space Center and a focus on space flight.

A unique weekend filled with colorful skyborne spectacles, the Festival attracts families of spectators, amateur and commercial photographers and hot air balloonists from around the country and serves as a tribute to human flight – from the beautiful glow of scores of hot air balloons lifting off after dusk to the excitement of manned balloon competitions and from skydiving teams to an insider’s look at NASA’s famed Houston control. Ballunar Liftoff also provides three days of music by the area’s top musical groups plus an arts and crafts show, aviation exhibitors and food booths featuring some of Houston’s favorite restaurants.

The final day begins with an unforgettable praise and worship service, followed by exciting hot air balloon competitions, great music plus skydiving exhibitions and Air Sports Excellent Adventures, a show guarantees to thrill audiences of all ages.
